Jefferson City
A true Victorian treasure, the
Glenmore Mansion sits atop a picturesque hill in historic Jefferson City. The original mansard roof and dormer windows appropriately adorn the mansion, built in 1868. The Glenmore Garden Market is held each year on the first Saturday in May to celebrate the opening of tour season which runs through October.
A proud resident of Jefferson City,
Carson-Newman College is a private, four-year Christian liberal arts college. Founded in 1851, Carson-Newman is ranked as one of the top colleges in the South. The cultural heritage and geographic beauty of the Appalachian region enriches the Carson-Newman experience for students and visitors alike.
